The practices and resources we choose from, based on your development

Finding out your beliefs, doubts and their foundations
If you feel appealed to the non-dual world view but haven’t found a non-dual mode of perception, it means there is a part of you that isn’t fully convinced about the validity of the world view. Early on in the program, we dedicate some time to guide each participant in mapping their own framework of beliefs in order to find out about which aspects doubt exists.

Socratic conversations about concepts, talks and book sections
Throughout the years, we’ve come across several recordings, book sections and questions that turned out to be quite effective to resolve doubts or deepen the understanding of participants. We make use of works from authors such as Sam Harris, Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Jed McKenna, Krishnamurti and Joe Dispenza. This doesn't mean we necessarily endorse all of their works, but they provide great opportunities to figure out nuances and shift into the non-dual mindset more often and deeper. We select conversation starters in accordance with the topics that arise from mapping beliefs and how our conversations progress – it’s a tailor-made selection.

Guided visualizations
Mental activities such as mapping beliefs or discussing books is only one side of the coin. Both are essential for overcoming inner resistance but structurally changing your mindset actually happens when you are not using your analytical capacity of the brain. This is why we spend time each day on guiding you into the slower brain wave states and help you experience the non-dual mode of perception by guiding your imagination into that new direction – creating new neural pathways along the way.

Playful ways to become less self-aware and gently break out of the character
One of the main obstacles in this process is to dare letting go of the control the ego identification provides. This is like the dancer who learned the moves and tries to become fluid, which requires him to stop thinking about the moves. We use various techniques to get out of your mind. Some revolve around having positive experiences with (slight) discomfort, while others evoke spontaneous reactions and role playing. This is the most fun part and is a taster of how life can become more playful and exciting with a non-dual state of mind.

Self-study, rest and infotainment
Each day contains many moments for relaxation and digestion of our sessions together. It's just as important as the other program elements, because some of those appeal to your cognitive abilities and you won't get far if you're only operating in an analytical brain wave frequency state. Some evenings, we’ll play a movie with a theme that is relevant to the contents of our discussions on that day to passively immerse yourself.

Specific program elements in week 2 and week 3

Morning
We start the day with a guided visualization to bring you back into the mindset before you engage with your work, family or friends.

Afternoon / Evening
Discussing experiences from the day, where you probably lost the mindset due to confusing interactions with people that operate from a dualistic premise. We explore the implied materialist frames you’ll encounter in the real world and what are the authentic ways for each person to deal with them.

Weekends
Each weekend we have a nice, surprising group activity on each day. These are optional, since some can be quite challenging, such as... taking an ice bath. However, we won’t be doing them for the dualistic reasons of growth or health or fearlessness – those are just pleasant byproducts – but for something you’ll figure out along the way.

Work, family, friends or volunteering
During the day, you are free to engage in remote work or go out and meet with your family or friends if they are making holiday in the nearby area. For those who don’t have the option to engage in anything like that, we provide the option to volunteer (there are several options). This still allows you to practice being among people with no clue about non-duality and therefore unknowingly lure you back into your old thought patterns.
