Non-Duality Bootcamp is a program by Real Problem Solving ("RPS"), dedicated to obtaining non-dual insight. Participation in one of the programs requires agreement with and conformity to the following terms and conditions.

1. The client agrees to adhere to all directions from the program instructors regarding physical and mental availability during the program [Reason: distracted participants affect the program of other, fully dedicated participants.]

2. The client is responsible for providing correct and sufficient information about motivation and health status. RPS remains the right to refuse services, should the information provided be incorrect and/or insufficient.

3. A booking is only confirmed upon the reception of payment. Until then, RPS holds the right to cancel the reservation.

4. RPS has the right to make royalty free photo's, audio and/or video recordings during programs and trainings, but upon prior notice and only to the degree it doesn't affect the program.

5. The client bears own responsibility for coverage by health, liability and travel insurances.

6. Under no circumstance can RPS be held responsible and/or liable for any damage, loss, mental damage or physical injuries as participation in the activities during programs or trainings are all on a consent base.

7. RPS provides no guarantee for any specific outcome of the programs. However, RPS intends to create a satisfactory outcome and therefore applies a satisfaction guarantee to clients that fully cooperate during programs. Clients who meet this condition and have not been able to obtain non-dual insight during the program, are granted free participation in a future program (excl. accommodation and F&B). Requests should be submitted by e-mail within 24 hours after the program has ended.

8. Cancellation of programs can only be done by reply to the confirmation e-mail. Up to four weeks before the program, RPS will deduct 25% of the total program fee to cover for organizational expenses. Between four and two weeks before the program 50% of the total program fee is charged. In case of cancellation within two weeks of the program start 80% of the total program fee will be charged and 100% within 3 days of the start of the program or during the program.

9. In case of misbehavior, ignorance of instructions or other behavior that influences the program negatively, RPS remains the right to expel a client from the program and/or premise without a refund.

10. Dutch law governs the legal relationship between RPS and the client. Any dispute will be exclusively resolved in the first instance by the District Court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
